AIG is a 2 ways 30° flap diverter, whose 1 outlet is coaxial with inlet.

It can be placed in diversion of gravity flow or in a pneumatic transport network.

Shutter is pressed alternately against the inner walls, directing flow of the product.

Maximum operating pressure is 0.8Bar.

Rotary movement of the shutter is manual, electropneumatic or electric.

Connecting flanges are achievable with inlet and outlet sections may be round or square.

B2D is a 2 ways 60° flap diverter, whose are symmetrical with respect to the inlet.

It is always placed in diversion of gravity flow or in a pneumatic transport network.

Maximum operating pressure is 0.2Bar.

Rotary movement of the shutter is manual, electropneumatic or electric.

According to the requirements of the process, sections and materials can be tailor-made.

AIR is a a recycling flap diverter, for supplying a series of storage cells, silos or hoppers, from a single pneumatic transport circuit.

Rotation of the inner deflector provides :

– Either the flow of pneumatic transport to the downstream receiving station (recycling).

– Either the simultaneous degassing and filling of silo or hopper.

This equipment is not recommended for fragile, abrasive or sticky products.
